Generally 95% tin and then 5% "other" (silver, copper, antimony, more). In the quantites we use tin, the 5% becomes trace metal.

The most common lead-free solder used in the electonics industry is SAC305
Tin 96.5%/ Silver 3.0% / Copper 0.5%

For a short list of solders and contents, try page 3311 of McMaster-Carr's catalog (www.mcmaster.com). It's not the only site but they're pretty good about describing their products in laymans terms.
Better yet, shop around for a used copy of "The Machinery's Handbook."
