I asked and Will has accepted a moderator post. Fresh perspective should help and Will is a very talented computer guy and has done a fantastic job in the role of webmaster at castpics.
There should be but a short adaptation period for him to get to know the ins and outs of vbulletin software.

Good Luck.. The VB software isn't that hard after you get used to it. Acutally makes it easy and with the tech support available it is a breeze.
