.375"'s work great in my Uberti 1851's but my mold is a single cavity. Yep, a Lee one cavity. Ouch.
Casting 'forever' and getting only a 'few' balls isn't all that much fun.
Two cavity would be twice as nice but the Six Bangers for the .45's and .44's just spoiled me.
Nother thing, those .375's work great in .38 spl cases for use in conversion cylinders. The seating die's crimp brings em down to .363" and that works pretty well. Recoil and noise are reduced and they hit where the sights aim. A pot of lead makes a whole lot of those 80 gr balls too. Problem is you just use more of em.
So, is there a good, cheap mold that casts more than two at a time for .375" balls?
Thanks
