BassPro has Unique and several other pistol and rifle powders in stock

I just order my powder and have it shipped for free (also no hazmat fee) to the closest BassPro store to my house

It normally takes about 3-4 weeks to arrive and they email me once it gets there

Good Luck

Whats your peace of mind worth?

If the economy crashes again, (which it could) money in the bank is pretty much worthless.
How much is it worth to you to have a stock of powder, primers so that you could reload almost any caliber you or your neighbors own at need?

Me I just spent near 200$ to stock up my primers and added a couple of pounds of IMR 4227.
I slept really well last night.

Then again, if you are well stocked in Powder/primers maybe it should go into another area.

I just spent $232 ON 8 POUNDS of powder and a couple of thousand primers, ignoring the primers (and $7 Hodgson annual mag) it works out to less than $29 a pound SHIPPED. Way less than that when you take off the primers. I am not a fan of the hazmat fee, but price of powder is very high at the two big box stores.

I prefer to pay more and have some than have none because I want to pay less when prices to go back down. Yep, they got me by the short hairs...

But I do refuse to buy powder from Brunoshooters and GunBroker at those ridiculous prices

Gunbroker I can understand as it is a marketplace of people trying to make money but Bruno's is a business and I think their prices are a little crazy but then again if people are paying them they are not that crazy. If you go on gunbot and check the powder prices you can see Bruno's is overpriced compared to others but if people want to pay it then so be it

BTW: Graf's has a sale on primers going on. Sellier and Beloit SPP for $116/5,000. With haz mat and shipping still less than $30/thousand

Bullets.com had a great sale on CCI large pistol primers but sold out very quickly. They still have CCI small pistol primers in stock on sale. I'm keeping on eye on that site...

I think grafs is still cheaper but that is a good site. Them showing a $20 haz mat fee and others $27.50 pretty much makes the point its a rip off

Just went to the Bass Pro in Cary, NC today..and the Field and Stream...and Gander Mountain....Bass Pro had some Unique and Bullseye on the shelf so I picked up a pound of each. $28.99 each. Had some 22lr and Mag too. 325 Box of Win target for $18 I think. I just got a box of the Mag as I have plenty of 22lr.

When I ordered from BassPro I just had them send to the store in Cary, NC for pickup. Think it was free shipping for orders over a certain price and no Hazmat fee.
