My bother just called me and informed of this. Very tempted to purchase on in 223 or 308 for that price.

I wonder if it is all calibers. The .22 caliber is around that price. The higher powered rifles are running more than that, from what I have seen.

Yep, My brother said that price covers all calibers. They didnt have a 308 in stock. He ordered it for that price.

WELL, apparently this price was not correct. My brother called back to dicks to get a re check on the price before he went in to make his order for the 308. Apparently the guy behind the counter was a younger fellow that quoted him the WRONG price of 279.00. My brother is not very happy as he was informed many times that this was the price and he could even order it in 308. This is unacceptable in my book.

Dick's made a HUGE issue of no longer selling "assault style", mainly AR type, rifles when it was politically expedient for them to do so. However, when they started to stock and sell them again, nary a word was mentioned. I REFUSE to patronize them and never recommend them to anyone, no matter how good the deal may be. They are, in my opinion liberal, two faced, bass excrement!

You are very correct sir. My apologies for this misinformation. This wasnt just a wrong sticker or price mix up though. My brother actually confirmed this multiple times with the guy and was even going to order the 308 at this price after the guy looked it up. That is pretty scary to say the least. Again my apologies if I got some excited. Lol..
