Hi-Tech has this powder listed as an AA#5 substitute. Anybody have any experience with it?

Correct, but not the CSB-1 that many are familiar with. It appears to be one of the other powders. Possibly CSB-5.
I don't have a data chart for that one.

That is significantly different than the data sheet that comes with CSB-1.
Charges shown are 10% heavier than for CSB-1.

I have been using this powder csb 5 from american reloading. This is my second purchase, first purchase was csb 1. They told me it was essentially the same powder. I worked up loads to 3.5 grains in 9mm 147 rnl and chronos at about 870. I was told it was Maxxam powder also, so far has worked pretty well for me. Wish I could find pistol powder from the well known manufacturers , but not having much luck. Also worked up some 45 acp to 4.5 with 230 rnl.
