I was looking around online and saw some guys has built really nice Ambi AR's with the SanTan STT-15 lower. Its fully ambidextrous, and is solid billet.

Being a lefty, I appreciate the controls on both sides. What are some other good options?

depends on what you want, .223 wylde or .300blk is where i would start

as a lefty with a few AR's, you dont need an ambi mag release, the original is optimized for a LH shooter. if ya feel the need, an ambi safety is ok, but ive over time come to prefer the single sided original. its not a bolt gun, dont overpay for so called LH stuff.

What lefty said. Ambi safety, bolt release with trigger finger.

The Santan uppers and lowers are top notch and they hold tighter tolerances than milspec. The CMT and Mega uppers and lowers are the same way, top quality.
