No! That is completely new to me. But let us know how it performs.

I started using the Wilson Ultima-Lube II. It's the same lube I use on my 1911's. It's thick and doesn't leach out and is a superior lube IMHO.

Kane Labs makes a product labeled "Dryphite(?)". Applies wet and then dries. I have some and use it on my presses: Pacific, Lyman, Lee, RCBS... no complaints, lasts long and cleaner than oil...

oh boy, im more low tech than i thought i was. ive been using axel grease for years. i degrease and clean my presses every now and then, then i reapply the grease. works good, but spilt powder likes to stick to it.

I thought about trying WD with silicone for moisture displacement on firearms, has anyone tried this yet? I don't know that I would want to use it on my presses or not, depends on the overspray and mess.

People use anything and everything to lube their presses. Everything seems to work. I personally think motor oil is the best cheap solution. I dump a little on a rag and wipe down the ram. I clean and lube at the same time.

Yep, I just use grease too. Just a thin layer is all that is needed. I wipe up the excess that collects where the ram enters the frame. I also pull the rams and clean and re-grease periodically.

Slick 50 is what I use on just about everything.

Yup, plain o' 30 wt is what Dillon recommends.

I've found two products that work well on press rams and pivot points. The first is RemOil, and the second is Machine Gunner's Lube from Tactical Springs.com: http://www.sprinco.com/tactical.html

I used RemOil for many years and it makes the ram travel smooth, but it doesn't last as long as Machine Gunner's Lube, which even dry still provides a layer of lubrication. I use Machine Gunner's lube on all my presses and firearms now exclusively. And no, I have no connection with the company.

Hope this helps.

Hi,
We used to use "Tri-Flow" on our compound bows that was pretty good. For my presses I use the same oil on my firearms, Mobil 1 Syn Oil!

I changed over to breakfee and use it on everything I need protected or preserved, reloading presses, tooling, guns, and fishing reels around 20 years ago. Used to use ballistol for many years before break free. Each person has their own favorite lube, keeping your presses lubed is the important thing. Once a month I refresh the breakfree on my display Hollywoods, it takes around 2-3 hours to dust and wipe new lube on them. I also lube all reloading presses in my loading room before I use them, or every 2 months or so for non used presses. (less dust)

I use a DuPont product very similar to that shown by the OP on some parts of the press that should not be wet, so as to not gather dirt and grit. On the zerk fittings I use white lithium grease which is not so bad to ruin clothes in case I want to reload in my office clothes. For the oiled joints, any good gun oil or light high quality motor oil.

Ponsness-Warren makes a grease called S.T.O.S they recommend for all their shotgun presses. I've used it on everything for years-hard to beat.

I clean the lubricated parts, then go out to the garage and get whatever reasonable lubricant that's available. Usually some type of motor oil.

30 weight. Put a little on the ram and the rest goes in the car.

Talked to a friend of mine today, he uses a product called superlube or something like that. He says he gets his at the local Napa auto parts store. It's in a small pen type container with a small needle to inject in tight places. He claims it has teflon in it. I don't know but I will be at Napa later this week and I will be checking.
