So my MIL has been bad for a few years, diabetic, over weight and close to 80.
She has been fighting for months to make it happen and on Tuesday (tomorrow) the aortic valve is gona be replaced.
Well a pig valve dropped in on top of her bad valve.
On top of that my wife went to Louisville KY to be with her last Thursday.
I get a call Friday night the car wont start, and now the weather is between me and them.
The car is parked in a safe lot in front of the hospital, a good thing.
Wife is staying in the room with her mom and can get food there as well and she is warm.
I dont know when I can get out to get up that way for a look at the car, looks
like Friday or Saturday is the soonest.
Please pray for my MIL, she is a very good soul.
The car thing is not a worry just yet.

Red, my prayers go out to you and your family. The TN wx as well as KY not good to be out in yet. Most of the hospital staff stays at the hospitals or near by hotels, glad they are there !
Be safe n stay warm.

Red, my dad had his aortic valve replaced when he was 75 and lived until he was 90. He got his last deer with the bow at age 84, so it shows you can get over this operation and recover pretty good. I'll say a prayer for her and I'm hoping she does as well as my father did.

Well the valve job went well, however she now has a pacemaker.
Wife's car is fixed, it was a dead battery, head lights were left on.
Just do not know when my MIL will get to go home, thanks for the prays.
