I have three loading manuals and only one(lyman46th) mentions loads using RL-7 for the .32 spl. and thats for a 170 gr. JFP (28 gr.-31gr.).I shoot the 32-170-fngc in my Win. m94 only. What I am looking for is a safe starting load for my 184gr. cast boolit
using RL-7.I have no chrony yet but will be searching for a load that gives 1700-1800
fps.I,m guessing about 22-23grs. but I'd rather get input from someone who has
experience using these componets.Any replys would be appreciated. Thanks

I have loaded my 32 at 28.0grs of RL-7 with a 170 gr. jacketed bullet.I also shoot RCBS cast bullets that weigh in at about 184grs. with a load of 34.0 grs of Varget. You should be able to use the 170gr. jacketed data for your bullet. As always watch for signs of excess pressure.Varget seems to better in my gun than RL-7. H4895 also shoots very well with jacketed bullets.
