The wife's Target Classic in 38-55 had a problem with the transfer bar assy and went back to H&R for repairs. 2 days short of 3 weeks it's back.
The did the repair on the transfer bar and a trigger job. It's now clean 3 lbs. Also the locking on the barrel was stiff when it went in, now it's like a bank vault.
Now the gun functions as good as it looks and as good as it shoots.
Got a set of Williams FP-H&R-TK sights on order for it that will be in next week.
My job is to load up some Black Powder loads and test them , with a scope on it, before the new "Peep" sights get here.
Tough Job but somebody has to do it.
Thank You H&R,
