LLoyd,
Please let us know how it compares to W296/H110 in appearance and much
more importantly, in performance. I'd like to get some, but would like some
an expert opinion or two first.
Thanks very much.
Bill
PS - How's the back doing?

bill it will be a while before i can shoot it. Im going to give a couple lbs to my buddy. Im sure he will give it a run right away and let me know and when he does ill give you the results. It should be about an ideal powder for the 454 475 and 500s. It should work out real well for cast rifle loads too. Ive only found a couple guys that have used it and they say burning rate is about in the middle of 110 and 680. Tell you what crossed my mind is with the timing of when this powder came out it could be the left over imr4227 now that there just doing the hogdon version all the imr that was left had to go somewhere.

Does it look like IMR4227? IMR 4227 is a very small diameter and short grained
extruded powder, black like all IMRs. H110/W296 is a shinier, flattened
ball powder, very fine.
