FedEx truck showed up today after being two days overdue because of weather conditions. My three new acquisitions are two Lyman molds, a 429215 and a 358156 as well as a Lee 358-140-SWC. I also got a box each of the Hornady gas checks for the two Lyman molds. Wish the weather would warm up enough to get out to the garage and try these out. :( Both of the Lymans are four cavity and the lee a two cavity. Hope they shoot as good as they look!

Those (Lyman's) are a couple of Ray Thompson's designs, and I have a great deal of respect for them. I have 4-bangers of each - the .44 is a great less-than-standard weight boolit for the 44Mag, and the -156 is about as standard a SWCGC for the 38/357 as there is. I hope they rain boolits for you!

Good 44 mag load for them? I got gas checks for them too.

triggerhappy243,

I have no idea but if this weather will ever warm up I intend to find out! Plan on 44 mag loads as well as a few for special as well. I will also be loading both up for rifles as well. Want to try the 358156 out in My 357 handi rifle that I reamed out to 357 max too.

I have the 429215 , 44 mold. It shoots very good in a Marlin 1894.
