I don't buy myself many anymore. Not many factory guns excite me after building customs. But I found one that did.

325 tr 45acp.
Broke it in today with some 200 lswc that grouped pretty darn good. Hornady 200 xtp were very good. Only shot at 25 yds today....didn't have a lot of time with the crazy work load in the shop.

Very nice. I bet the recoil is very manageable with those 45acp loads.

Recoil is actually quite sharp with heavy loads

Define "heavy?"

I guess approaching 45 colt power in a lightweight gun can produce sharp recoil. I guess I'm used to shooting my powder puff 200 LSWC loads in my 1911s

Id really like to find a smiff model 357 to add to my 41 collection.

Recoil is close to shooting 44 mag in a steel gun

A 45acp revolver is on my wish list. Someday.

A 45 ACP S&W REVOLVER has to be the most under appreciated revolver ever made. IF you have one...or two or three...you know where I'm coming from.

I've got 1990s era 625s in 3 and 5 inch gathering dust in the safe. AND want to get my CCW permit for both revolver and auto. Hmmmmm

Owning the model 357 I know why the pachys are on there. I love carrying these ultras. They are just comfortable. The gun in full magnum power punishes on both ends though. Lol.

Very nice! My last purchase was a 327 M&P R8 and ohhh baby is it a shooter.
