I just used 5/8" keystock for the holders. Top is a right and left hand combined holder for the DNMG 432. Middle is for the TNMG's. The bottom one is a dual holder. The end closet has a laydown carbide threading insert and the off end is for a TPMM insert.
Rather then buy the weird hardware for them, I use flathead socket screws as the underside of the head is coned. I drill the hole in the holder a few thousandth off center. When you tighten the screw it pulls the insert back tight into the pocket. They work well, and I've used each one but haven't made any big mojo cuts. Just for fun with the threading insert I turned a piece of 1" black gas pipe smooth for a couple inches and then cut a 48 TPI thread full depth in one pass. It just peeled off one long coil of itty bitty wire :D

This is the kind of stuff that gets my butt in a sling sometimes with Donna :D. You can't get any idea of size from the photo but that's a 15/16 bit. It's about 10" long. I was cruising a guys E-Bay store and it was ending in a couple minutes at .99 Cents.
I guess no one needed an American made 15/16 TiN coated parabolic bit, but heck! I couldn't pass it up for 99 cents[smilie=w: I don't have a use for it either, but if I do, I sure will be glad I have it rather then having to go pay retail for one someplace! All I have to do is figure out how I'm going to hold it![smilie=b:
