Specifically in .38 Special or .357 Magnum. It is probably fast enough for my .25 and .32 ACP if it is not to bulky, but they don't show any load data. Looks like a good, cheap powder for lower end loads at $16.50 per pound before shipping if you spring for an 8 pounder. Midway has it by the way.

Shows loads for 38 special, 40 S&W, 45 ACP, but no 357.

I like it with 38 wadcutters and 158 grain standard pressure loads. I really like in 45 acp target loads. 45 colt cowboy loads not too shabby. 30-30 plinking loads have also worked well for me.

You wont get top velocity in anything, but good accuracy for me with all loads tried. It is pretty darn fluffy for a powder that fast. Never tried clays, but i think they are similar. Competition meters way better than 700x, another fluffy fast powder

Thanks for the heads up on availability. I made sure i got my 8 pounder before i typed this endorsement. Not that it probably mattered, not many people respond when i ask about this powder. No prob, more for me!

I can say for sure that 8 pounds of competition will give me more shooting and better accuracy than zero pounds of bullseye

It burns with an odd smell that I don't like, but otherwise is a fine powder for target loads in the .45 ACP. Never tried it in a .38 Special. It's VERY fast burning. I would not try to hot rod it.

I like it in 40 cal in my revolver with 140 gr bullets.. now that I have some data, I may start using it for other projectile weights since it is listed. :) Thanks!
