What you describe sounds just like a paper-patch mould. Fred Leeth at Pioneer products a call..he makes adjustable P.P. moulds. Made a couple of nose-pour copies of the old Ideal 22636..p.b. & g.c. that allowed me to wring out match bullet accuracy from my Hornet.

If you could stand a few grains lighter you might look here...https://www.hardlineindustries.com/22cal.html

I helped design the 22-45-BFR1S. I haven't got the mold yet as the machine had problems.

My mold design is for 1100 fps with Ben's lube or (I hope) 1800 fps powder coated. Time will tell. These guys will help you design a mold. The one mold I have is first class work.
