Hi there guys. I am helping a new family (son-in-law) get into reloading. He has a 9mm and wants to shoot more to better handle his firearm. The money is just not there to spend at the moment to keep buying ammo at the going prices. So I grabbed a used press from one of the guys I know and with some doubles I have started a setup. As most of you know hurt my back this summer and have been out or work for the last six months. Thus I am not able to cover the cost of helping him fully and it upsets me.

I am reaching out to my reloading community to see if anyone has any doubles in dies or a cheap powder measure they could or would donate to get him started. I have been holding back for the last month or so of making this post as I do not ask for help like this ever, but I have not been able to finish this alone.

Things I still need to get him.
A reloading book ( hister has this covered) Thank you.
Powder measure
9mm dies
Perhaps some 9mm cases. (got this covered thx to JB Weld & 1989toddm) thanks again guys.

I already have rcjr press for him, scale, a case trimmer and some primers and bullet heads. Made him a shell holder from some wood. Going to build him a hd bench today so he can bolt it to the wall and have a good solid foundation. Any help would be great. If I put this in the wrong section I am sorry not sure how to go about asking others for help on the forum. Thanks in advance.

BTW, Here are a few online guides for beginners. The RCBS is, of course, geared to their product, but the information is both good and accurate. Any newbie should be able to stay safe with this and a little mentoring.
