Are RCBS and Lyman handles interchangeable? Thanks Ron

The old ones are not anywhere near. Don't know about the new Lyman handles mating up with the new/old RCBS handles. ... felix

RCBS handles are thinner than Lyman or Lee.

Lets put it another way...... RCBS handles usually work on Lyman moulds but Lyman's don't always work on RCBS moulds./beagle

Use Lee 6 cav handles if you got 'em, and if niot they're cheap. Then you'll be all set for a GB...............

I have a set of handles salvaged from a dead lee DC mold that fits RCBS DC mold.

+1 on the Lee DC handles for RCBS. I had an older mold that I no longer used, push the pins farther in, remove crimp with proper drill bit and tap with plastic mallet to walk the pins out with inertia. The pins can be staked back in with a center punch if desired. DALE

another vote for the Lee six cav handles.......take just a little thinning with a Dremal, but way worth the savings....I have Lee six cavs on most of my moulds but they are heavy.

It's too bad that the mould makers haven't standardized the handle thing. I have a fair amount of $$$ tied up in handles! Lee, Small Lyman, Large Lyman, RCBS, Lyman 4-cavity, etc., etc.

Pretty good marketing! I might not want to buy that brand of mould because I don't want to buy another set of handles!
