Got an Axis 308 on layaway!

Went ahead and paid down on a Axis 308, since I didn't have ant 308 components I started gathering now have all except the rifle. Which will have to wait till March as Tax es are due. Hope it shoot as well as everyone says, I will save up for a Boyds stock later.
This will be my first modern rifle I have Sharps Rolling Blocks and 03's but no modern rifles.

A lot of bang for the buck bought one in 06 nice gun trigger is easy to work on, boyds stock on order you will be Happy with it !

A good basis for a nice rifle after you replace the stock and tweak the trigger. I like the action, strong and well made but the trigger does need some work. I've got one I bought for just the action to make a silhouette rifle with and it looks to be a winner. Good luck with yours.

Is it the new model Axis II? More money but has AccuTrigger.
