Okay, I spent a lot of time trying to find data for TITEWAD powder and reduced cast boolit loads, not to much out there. So I bought a F-1 Chrony and went to work.

Okay, little more info. Boolits were all cast from same batch of alloy, according to my ST Machining lead tester I am at about 12-15 brinell. They were all sized and lubed on a Lyman lubersizer with LBT Blue soft lube. The boolits for the micro-groove barrel I sized .311 all others are .310 and all gas checked. I also used a small tuft of Dacron in all loads. All the above loads shot 2" to 3" groups at 50 yards from bench rest with tang and peep sights. Oh my oal varies with each gun so I wont go there. I am very happy with all the loads, not looking for high velocity just accuracy. I could go on about all my personal little thing s I do to the cases and how I do all my case prep work but this has been a real chore to do this much on this computer but I am learning.

Interesting info. Any issues? Hang fired? Pressure signs?

No issues that I could see. All rounds chambered but there is a difference between the win 94 and marlins. The 112 and 115 gr boolits did not want to feed from mag until I got the OAL out to 2.385 or so. No problems with the 150 RCBS FN boolits. I used win large rifle primers and no fail to fire or any sign of excess pressure, such as hard extraction or craters. No split necks and actually some necks might look like they are smoked a little, maybe low pressure and not sealing. Ill have to look at that. I use the Dacron filler because I tried withand without and my accuracy is better with the filler. By the way these are NOT the only loads that I have been trying the last couple months. I have had real good results with RedDot,Clays, and Trail Boss. I probably should just stick with one or two guns but I have 5 30-30s and I like them all. Oh I am having a hard time understanding that realationship between chambers and throats but I will figure that out sometime. Any way overall I am happy with where Im at with my velocitys and accuracy, not into hunting any more since I moved down to this area. Will just shoot cans, rocks and steel targets and any varmints that get in my pasture and try to chase the mules and donkeys, although the mules can really take care of themselves. Thanks for the come back hope I didn't ramble too much.

No problem here with the rambling. I kind of like it. It gives the post a personal touch.
I'm getting ready to start loading cast in my 30-06 and have been accumulating data and techniques before I start. All this info is good stuff, especially since I will be loading for short range accuracy.
