.41 swiss bullet seating depth

I'm loading .41 Swiss (black powder) with longer bullets than I normally use, and to meet the 2.2" OAL to use in the magazine, the bullets have to be seated below the neck of the case, into the shoulder. Is this a problem?

If you are using black powder your powder charge and bullet should completely fill the case. If you can seat the bullet deeper than before you were either using a filler or more powder before. Using a longer bullet should mean that you are using less powder or less filler. The result should be ok either way.
