The hex bushing on my Lee Classic Cast press loosens when I remove a die. What would be the best solution to stop this short of welding it ? Thanks, Jerry

You can try tightening it with a wrench tapping on the bushing with a small hammer, this will help to seat it tighter. If there is a decent shoulder on the bushing back it out and apply a little locktite under the head spreading evenly tighten and allow to cure. Or a few drops of blue locktite or paint on the threads should do it also. paint may be the better choice if you ever want to remove it.

Another trick we did at work for very high vibration areas where nothing stayed tight was on the edge of the head drill and tap a hole so that the head itersects the head with a portion of its diameter. Drill and tap the hole counter bore to depth both hole and edge of head or bolt. Instal bushing and then bolt Head locks bushing in place only to loosen when boltis removed.
