I made 300 .310 boolits 180g with GC for a friend, I said if you come on some lead bring it to me. Well he sent me two small boxes via my son indoor range scrap mostley jacked andd 22 lead so I smelted it down last night and thoes two small boxes yealded 40# of lead pretty soft but that is fine I have some that is very hard and will mix fine.
He said he will do this about every month so I guess this will be a sorce of soft lead.
Are the jackets copper or brass? as I will put them in a five gallon bucket and save for selling later.
