I am in need of a dpms style 308 carbine buffer. I need to take some measurements, knock the roll pin out and weigh the assembly.
Will reassmble it and pay shipping both ways.
If it gets dinged or damaged I'll buy you a brand new one!

What particular dim's/specs are you looking for? I have two, one a std and one a heavy (CAR10) buffer.

If you would mic all outside dimensions and the depth and width of the hole on the slash buffer, that would be great.
you are using the standard length ar 15 tube and spring?
an accurate napkin drawing is all I need.
If you can determine weight accurately, all the better!
im going to turn one down from 416 SS and experiment with weights and spring weight for my over gassed rifle.

An adjustable gas block would solve that issue.. ;)

And I have plans to make one, I've got a couple of extra gas blocks, this in combo with an adjustable weight buffer should allow me to dial it in juuuuuuust right.
