Where can I find a swage die set that can make this type of bullet. Would it to be 440gr or 500grhttp://imageshack.com/a/img537/7301/0LRWkv.jpg

To make those bullets the problem you may encounter is that commercial jackets for 500 SW aren't readily available and plentiful. I think there are a few guys on here that can make some for you. I have been making mine out of fired 45 acp brass and mine have a HP. I am sure that any of the die makers out there could make you a die set. Both Corbins, BT Sniper, Blackmon (not sure if he is he still making dies??), etc.

Richard Corbin has three sets of dies with case forming die on his special page. One is for .500

You need a two die set, a universal die with expanding mandrel and a strong press (the Sea Girt comes to mind). Use 45 acp for the jacket and a combination of cast boolit cores to get the weight you want for the core.

Here is your 440 grain and 500 grain bullets.

ICH do you have a pic of how you bullet looks? is it like a sjhp?

Well now.... a commercial jacket for the 400-500 grain .500 bullet...... that is the kicker! RCE has one that is 1.25" in length, the 500 grian bullet you see there if made with a conventional jacket would be about .950 in length without the lead tip so you could use RCE 1.25 jackets but you would need to trim them or make them a large hollow point or even heavier...... hummm maybe a 600 grain JHP! Now that would be pretty impressive! Of course RCE jackets are 17 cents each and 45 ACP is free!

Maybe someone else offers 500 cal jackets????

The bullet on the right (in the case) is a 325 grains. I trim a 45 acp case a bit and use a Lee 230 grain TC bullet as my core. The one on the left is the same bullets, except I trimmed the tip of the HP to form a more blunt meplat. It would probably be great for hunting.

Brian's dies are top notch and he is the only person I have seen advertise dies for the 500 S&W. Both Corbins make even larger dies in .510 caliber, but you may have to use their hydraulic presses to make them. Brian's dies use reloading presses or Richard Corbin's excellent presses (Sea Girt or Walnut Hill, I have the Walnut Hill). That is the first caliber I chose to order from Brian due to the EXTREME savings over store bought bullets, and I just don't like to shoot cast bullets as fast as I load 500 S&W rounds. Brian offers excellent service before, during and after the sale, and his dies make great bullets at any weight you choose. That is one of the great things about swaging you control everything from point forming to bullet weight to make totally custom configurations if you want, or duplicate factory configurations if you want to do that.

Go to this topic, especially the first and last pages, to see what is possible with Brian's excellent dies. You can also go to his vendor page for a complete price list.

another thing to consider is if you get over 500 grs is safe load data out there you pick up say 100 grs of projectile weight you pressure is more than likely going to go thru the roof
