I think he's talking about swaging a 22cal projectile with CCI Stinger brass and wants to know what the final weight is..

lot of factors but it will be .224 diameter ;)

Seriously it would vary based on core weight

Oh, OK. Final weight is 55.2 grains.

I could have probably put a little heavier core in the CCI case and got it up to 56 or 57 grains. I don't sort my 22LR brass and swage it all at the same time. So my cores are good for the heavier jackets and the lighter ones.

Not a good idea to use Stinger cases, or any nickel plated cases for swaging. You could easily make a 75 gr hollow point or an 80 gr soft point with them because of the longer length, but do you want to shoot the nickel plated bullet through your rifle? If you really want to make a heavier bullet, you'd be better off finding some Aguila Supermaximum Hyper Velocity cases or the CCI Quickshock segmented Hypervelocity cases. They are the same length as the Stinger cases and don't have the nickel plating. Also, it's not going to be easy to anneal the nickel plated cases the way you would want.

Oh, I just figured the stingers were standard length. Didn't know they were longer. I just posted a pic of the standard length CCI. My bad.

YEP! Avoid swaging Nickel plated jackets in expensive dies!
