While at work this past Thursday, the tire company we use came in to swap wheels and tires on some new super"B" trailers we sold. Anyway the lube the tire guy's were using caught my eye! ( yea , I got it bad ) this stuff is like a golden jelly, not wanting to have to go and buy a 25 lb pail of it , I asked for a sample. It has almost a "rubbery" texture yet is greasy at the same time. The info on it says it is Vegetable oil based ( possibly good for black powder ) and non toxic ( kinda ) It is called Rema, tip Top Heavy duty bead lube Can be diluted and I am not sure but I suspect it will combine with beeswax and other lube ingredients. Just thought I would share. here is a link for the msds http://www.rematiptop.com/technical/trm/msds/RTT-TRM-210-OTR-Mounting-Compound-012914.pdf. Looks to be Glycerine and potassium soap!
