I hope someone can can me out. I have a (Dipper style) Seaco melting pot, do'nt see a model NBR. on it. The thermostat went bad. I've taken it to two repair shops and they both state they ca'nt get a thermo for it. Is there some place or a way to replace it. Hoping that someone help me out. Thanks. Larry

Redding bought that business and repairs are handled in Missouri. Call them for further info.

That would be a Saeco T31 20lb pot. Quite pricey to ship back and forth + repairs. I gave away a Saeco 10lb bottom pour because the thermostat went out.

Here's a thought, it's not cheap, but the best controller I've seen, buy a Thermostat controller for a Waage #4757 and put it on the old Saeco. You may have the best of both worlds then.......cast iron pot with good temp control. I plan on doing that one day, but right now all mine are working(2- Saeco T31 & 1- #Waage 4757).

Larry,
Is that the Saeco pot that does not have an adjustable thermostat?

I might be interested in it for 'parts'...if you can't get it running.

Go to Lee and order their thermostat. With a little file work it will fit right in place on your SAECO. Do not ask me how I know. BWB:castmine:
