which mold

I am thinking on casting a bullet for a 30 Herrett . Looking at 110gr and maybe 130 gr also.do you guy have any reckomendions

I shot a lot of Lyman 115 gr. GC in my M1 carbine. Worked great. The mold Number is 311359. should work fine in the Herrett.---dale

In my 30 Herrett I use a Lyman 311466 HP mold.The boolits weigh around 137gr. sized lube and with a hornady gas check.

This boolit will shoot around the one inch mark at 50 yards using 19.7grs. of H4227.This with a 2x scope from sand bags.

My barrel is one of the old 10 inch 1-14 inch twist with 6 grooves and lands.
