Little help, please, with expander size...

I thought I was finally all set to go, ready to finally load some rifle boolits for the first time, for the .303 brit.

I had ordered the 31AR expander plug from NOE, before he had all of the sizes he does now, and before they had all the sizes listed on the site.

I will be loading .316-.317 boolits, what plug would you recommend?

Would the 318RC be correct, or do I need a bit more neck tension?

Any help is appreciated.

I try to have my expanders only .001" to .002" smaller than my bullet size.
