It looks like a punch holder for Corbin swage presses.

I think the Corbin is correct. I have 3 mighty mites so it must go with those. Will throw it in the box for the current buyer.

I think it is a floating punch holder for the Mity-Mite. Dave Corbin said that the shorter punch holder like you have is used on the Mity-Mite but the "S" punch holder works as well even though it is a little longer.
