FINALLY got to try out the new swage dies I got from Brian. What can I say...perfection. Played with the 45 set today, and plan on digging into the 40 and 50 cal set later this week (and of course making more 224's for the postal shoot!). Made up a dummy round I plan on using in the 460 Rowland. Went ahead and put a cannelure on these to keep that bullet in place under recoil and upon chambering. I am one happy camper. Can't wait to shoot 'em!

Looks great! I keep toying with the idea of swaging but way to many irons in the fire right now.

Looks good!

I'm actually thinking about getting a 450 bushmaster barrel for a bolt action just to get to shoot some of these good looking 45 cal bullets.

Keep us posted on range results, heck enter the postal shoot!

Good shooting and swage on!

That is a mighty fine looking XTP rendition you've got there. Let us know how they shoot

You are tempting me to order a set of 40 dies form Brian.

Still waiting on my 40 cal core seat die and punch. I got the point form die and played with it a bit today. When I get it I will be able to produce much nicer bullets.

Wow, I am really jealous... I would love to have some swaging dies but being disabled makes it kind of hard to find the money to get them.

Very nice bullets
