A local shop has a like new Dan Wesson 357 with a 8 inch barrel. The revolver is in excellant condition. What is a good price for this. Thanks

A while back I would have said $350 but I think the price has jumped. I checked on Gunbroker last week and they were all asking in the $500 range, I did not check completed auctions. I have long wanted a second one as I have a lot of barrels and shrouds and I got a 32-20 cylinder and made a barrel to go with it. I bought a supermag instead but still look at Mld 15's

Check it out carefully. They had a few periods of not so good QC. I have seen and owned them.

In general, the Monson, MA. years were good. I would try to get out the door for $450 if it is in very good condition.

$400-$500 is OK price if in ANIB condition

My buddy must have stole his then. Stainless 44Mag with a 10" and 6" barrel, the wrench, and 700 factory loads for $750

$200-300? If you see one for this price that is not a boat anchor, expect a visit from the Burglary Squad. Prices on Dan Wessons have escalated markedly in the last couple of years. I haven't seen one for under 450 in at least 4 years, and a nice one with multiple barrels is 600+. A pistol pack is more like 900 these days, at least here on the left coast.
