My daughter has a few more months to go in the Sandbox and is feeling very homesick right now. Please say a prayer for her this Christmas Season and for all of our men and women in uniform standing a post the world over. I did it myself a few years and many of you have done so too so you know how lonely it can get.

My hopes and prayers for your daughter's strength, determination and safe return to you.
I am an extremely protective parent. So, although I haven't had son or daughter in the military and in harms way, I have at least an inkling of how you might feel. Do you actually sleep at night?

My most sincere thanks to your daughter and all her fellow service members for their service and loyalty to this Country

thank you all for your prayer. My daughter is on a plane inbound as we speak. She left Kuwait the day before yesterday for Germany and will be home tonight safe and sound.

That is incredibly good news Jon. Thanks for allowing us to share vicariously in your joy.

Again, my thanks to her for standing between us and those who would do us harm.
