I use Reloder 7 in my T/C Venture chambered in 30TC with the best load being 29gr. with a bumped RCBS 180. I want to try some reduced loads for a 6.5 Creedmore and a 6.5X47 using 120 jacketed(forgive me for I have sinned). Reason being I like to shoot reduced recoil loads in my silhouette rifles but with the demise of 4759 (which I use at 23gr. in these rounds) we need an alternative. Also considering 4198 if anyone has experience with it.

RL7 has worked OK for me as long as you don't reduce below about 60% of case capacity.

I second this.

If you want reduced loads there are better options depending on how light. I would try 2400 or maybe even uninque.
My first choice for what you are talking would be 2400
