I am curious if any one is using this in a 6 cavity version and does it perform decent.
I have a chance to pick one up on a sweet deal.
I will be shooting it in a couple wheel guns and an 1894 357 rifle.
Thanks for the help.

I've shot it for years as my USPSA and ICORE boolit. It is very good for that purpose as it loads very short and smooth allowing fast reloads. Accuracy from my revolvers has been good. I've never shot it from my 1894C. I use 180 grain RNFPs in that.

It worked just fine for me in my revolver. I don't have a 357 rifle so cannot comment on that usage.
I have since sold it as I have other round nose boolits I like a bit better.

My experience with the Lee RN mold has been good, both in revolvers and a Winchester M92 that has been converted to .357, mine is a 2 cavity. I have several other six cavity Lee molds and I really like them. Like any aluminum mold I'm more careful with them and follow Lee's instructions about lubricating them. They are a great mold.

Thanks for the heads up.
I have a couple lee molds now and yes you have to treat em with respect but they do seem to make a decent boolit.

They are great boolits! Feed great in my Henry and made speed loading with my snub nose 38 easier.

Perfect I am going to use them in my smith n frame and my marlin 1894.
Thanks Lefty
