As I was loading up some 38 Spls tonight I found it interesting that I was loading powder coated boolits on Star Progressive press. Kinda like old school meets new school. I wonder what the inventors of the Star would think of these newfangled powder coated boolits???

They would first ask why you didn't use flat head screws to mount the press.

Then ask how long and where you kept the copper jacketed bullets, so they turned green.

Hey, as long as the screws hold what is the difference? It is not like trying to hold the head on an engine.

the difference is the all important styling and presentation of his setup.
he should order some TORX grade 8 bolts with nylock nuts underneath.
you cant be too carefull.

Thanks!

All my turrets and single stages are on the other 2 benches.

Yeah, that powder hopper sure is nasty LOL! Good thing Alvarez Kelly (Brian) lives close by. It is like having the dillon factory right down the road LOL! He keeps me my machines going. Good dude!
