First off. THANK YOU! You guys have been great sharing your tricks and techniques.

My observations.

1. You must have a good rack system...I tried self taping screws through a flat base with HP's, foil over the rack and 1/4 hardware cloth stretched tight. Hardware cloth was the hands down winner for larger diameter bullets. May need to try some screen for 9mm. A sanding disc cleans PC off hardware cloth QUICK. Also lets over spray fall thru.

2. You need twice as many racks as your oven will hold to be efficient. Cook one set and spray the other then swap.

3. Regular tin foil sucks! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME. Use nonstick foil only if using foil.

4. One of the keys to success is minimizing PC 'pooling' at the part of the boolit contacting your ground ... Raise em up, have the PC fall thru a screen, doesn't matter just keep the contact to a minimum to keep filets from forming and bullet sticking.

5. The spraying part is easy....it's all in the rack system.
