Turns out Hornady changed up the CAPD at some point. After a couple hours of trying to get a universal PTX working, I stumbled on this bit tucked away in the hornday FAQ.

My Case Activated Powder Drop uses 4" return spring that is oriented diagonally. How will the measure stop work on my set up?
The measure stop and powder through expanders are only compatible with the Case Activated Powder Drop that we currently offer with the vertical return spring. Unfortunately, these are not compatible with the earlier CAPD's that utilized the diagonal return spring.

Hornady isn't accepting any support requests till the 1st so figured I'd ask here. Does Hornady sell a retrofit kit for the CAPD? It seems like it's just the pivot points that need to change to get it working.

ps: Starting to dislike hornady.

Even if I get this working, I don't think I'm going to be able to run the CAPD in station 2 and a bullet feeder in station 3.

Guess I just have to buy this
http://www.amazon.com/Hornady-Case-Activated-Powder-Drop/dp/B000PCZZU8

More money spent replacing parts I already have. :(
