I wrote the seller a few days ago.

I asked for a detailed description of the forcing cone, barrel interior & muzzle. I also asked for his reserve bid. He promptly responded with a detailed reply and that his reserve was $525.00.

As I'm looking for a shooter, this gun fills my needs. I like that the original, classic wood stocks are there. However, for shooting purposes, Goodyears are the best! http://www.rimfirecentral.com/forums/images/smilies/wink.gif

The OMM will be coming my way! Woot! http://www.rimfirecentral.com/forums/images/smilies/smile.gif Once received and fired, I'll post a range evaluation report, trigger pul weights & post pics & targets.

Thanks Jimbo

The LGS sent off my MO & their FFL to the seller yesterday!

I saved a bunch of $$, got the original grips and the included Goodyears are better for shooting. A win, win all 'round. ;)

I paid $540 + tax almost 2 years ago for one made in 1930.
