I hope this is in the right forum.
I have about 20lbs of melted boolits…mostly old meister hard cast hg 200s but some hard 405 grn 45-70s that had bellybutton lint stuck to the lube:veryconfu. I poured some 44-240s out of a lee and they r almost dead on 239 +/_ 2. The same mix out of a NOE 460-405 is coming out about 385…consistent weight but light…….with gas check it comes up to about 395. I think the alloy is a little antimony heavy….brittle sprue..hard bullets…..was thinking some pure lead might do it but wanted some input……not sure why the lee is on and the Noe is light.

Personally I can't think of a mold that I have that drops at "Published" weight, mine all run "heavy" due to the alloy I use. Most molds are rated with Lyman #2 it seems, for revolver stuff I use mostly 50/50 Wheel Weight/Pure with some tin added.
Adding some pure will definitely bring the weight up.
Welcome to the Board

Based on your description of the hard bullets and the sprue, I would cut that 50% with the softest scrap I could find and then add about 1% tin.
