.41 mag shooters.....expander??

Has anyone here tried the RCBS cowboy expander die for the 40-65 WCF (uses .409 bullets) to expand .41 mag brass for cast??
Expander size is listed as .410", spring back maybe to .409".....use .411" boolits ??
