Can ya'll help me out? My wife's concealed carry purse is wearing out and she's wanting a new one. I need a couple websites where I can order her a replacement. I'd like something that'll last a little while if I can. She's went through two in the last couple years, which is good for most women, but she's getting cranky about a new one now.

Thanks,

Dave

Thank you gentlemen for the links so far. Of course she hasn't found anything she "likes" so far, on any of those links, so if someone can suggest another place or two, I would greatly appreciate it. I hate "shopping" on the internet or anywhere else.

Got her some chocolates and a card for today. Hopefully, she'll like those.

Dave

here is another one.

what you will probably see is many companies carry products made by a few. I have a large list of holster manufacturers/sellers that may have a few more links, but it is a long list. If you would like it let me know.

another opstion is to retrofit a purse that she likes. A leather shop could help. I feel for you having to wade thru a handbag purchase. I am glad all my stuff resides in a wallet in my pocket.

manleyjt,

Thank you for the link. Yes, I would like any links you have that may have other purse lists. If it would be easier for you to email it, my email is maxsteel3 at hotmail dot com

Regards,

Dave

P.S. Thank the good Lord she liked the chocolates. Menopause is a funny thing. Makes even a sweet woman cranky.

if you have a shoe repair shop in the area they could
add in
to one she likes very easily

Dave, don't rule out the possiblity of modifying an off the shelf purse.

I took a thin leather IWB holster, modified it, and sewed it into an off the shelf Jensen fanny pack, so Jeanne can carry her S&W 642 when she's out walking the dog. Has the same functionality (very fast access) as a CC fanny pack, and I was able to customize it to her needs (she's a southpaw).

No reason it can't be done with a purse.

I used a NuBuck holster from www.bigwoodsgoods.com. The holster looks something like this:

Cost is a whopping $7. The clip can be removed, velcro or snaps added, the holster restitched for a custom shape.
