I have a bunch of 310 dies I'd like to sell, but I don't know much about them. Could someone please help?
die body #116 with bullet seating stem marked 343
die body-bullet seating die with 421 stamped on top of stem
bullet sizing die #95 for a 357 mag.
die body 45 Auto, seating stem marked 285

Are these a bunch of "cobbled junk" or any value at all? Tried to describe the best I could.
Thanks for any help.

According to the best information I have at hand:

1. Die marked with 116 - this is for 7mm Mauser.2. Bullet Seating Stem marked with 343 - this one is unknown to me. None of the handbooks I have list a mould with this cherry number, or any other mould using this Seating Stem.
3. Bullet Seating Stem marked with No.421 - this one is for No.429421 (and others with similar nose shape)
4. Die marked with 95 - this is for .38 S&W Special, .38 Colt Special, and/or .357 S&W Magnum (which during the 1940s was designated with 174).
5. Die marked 45 Auto is, of course, obvious - this is for .45 A.C.P.
6. Bullet Seating Stem marked with 285 - this was for No.257285 - an 87gr. Flat Nose/Plain Base designed for the old .25/20 Single Shot. This mould was introduced about 1906 and discontinued prior to 1911. As with 343 above, I couldn't find any other mould listed as using this Seating Stem.

Looks like some cobbling has taken place, but still some useful stuff in there.

If you still have these and do Ebay, they always have 310 items under "Lyman 310 tool". Most of the time things move pretty well there. Not a lot of value, but there are people looking for these things all the time. I have 4 sets with 3 tong handles. Interesting to use.

I buy them for a considerable amount less on ebay than on this forum.
I have bought my dies for $5.50 - $8.50 each on ebay, before shipping. I have yet to see a 310 die here for less than $15.00.
