I just purchased this mold in 2 cavity for experimentation in the 9mm. Does anyone have this mold and do you like it, and how does this bullet perform for you accuracy wise? This bullet design supposedly has a reputation for being a good shooter in the 9mm. My intention is to some day use it for IPSC shooting.

Lots of people use it for Limited minor and Production.. A few even use it for Single stack Minor.. Low recoil, basically mouse fart loads.. generally in the range of 3.0-3.4 gr of various powders from Vitt N320, Unique, CSB-1, Titegroup, etc..

I use it for plinking. I don't shoot competition. But it is plenty accurate and fun through a suppressor because it stays subsonic. Mine drops at 155gr with 50/50 pb/coww.

I use an old design. Lyman 358212 in 2 cavity. It drops at 146grains using range scrap and is a round nose instead of a tc/flat point.
Not sure what cartridge this boolit was intended for, but it loads, feeds, and shoots great in my 9mm pistols and rifle. Because of the design, less of the boolit is inside the case making it easier/safer to load up to max charges if that is what you want.
I am using a midrange load of AA7 under it with perfect function and good accuracy. With my Citadel m1 carbine in 9mm, I get nickel size groups at 30 yards.

Allen Jones, retired ballistician who now writes for Shooting Times magazine and wrote most of Speer's current manual said this mould in the RCBS variety gave the very best results for the .38 special revolver.

I just cast some from WW. They are .3575 diameter and weigh 155 gr.

That diameter would be perfect for my 9mm barrel. The weight is a bit heavy but quite manageable. Just use a slower powder for max velocity loads and a faster powder for lighter recoiling, slower velocity loads.
You will definitely need to start with reduced loads and work your way up slowly with that much weight difference.

I have a 358212 that drops at .359-.360 In 15 lbs WW with about 1 lbs of 95/5 added. I use it in my 38 S&W's at a little over 750 FPS. I do have a heavier bullet also. The Lyman 147 I use in all my 9MM's for a plinking load. Mark

I like them in my CZ's but my M&P with a 1 - 18 twist barrel sends them sideways at 10 yards. I just ordered a 1 - 10 twist barrel from S&W that should cure the stabilization issue. Smith finally woke up and is now producing 1 - 10 twist barrels for their M&P series of pistols.

I have used the Lyman 358156 SWC in a Astra and a High Power with good results

I have had good results with it in guns with 1 - 10 twist barrels and sized .357. I have two M&P's with 1 - 18 twist barrels and the bullets will not always stabilize resulting in tumbling especially if they are sized .356. Fortunately S&W is now producing their barrels with 1 - 10 twist rates which is much better for the 9MM cartridge. I prefer the 125 gr RN or truncated cone boolits for competitions but do go to the 147gr mold you have with decent results.
