1944 Mosin carbine barrel w/sights needed.

For quite some time, I've had a 1944 Mosin carbine made by the Romanians in the 50s on Russian tooling. It was new and unfired, but sadly, without a barrel. Can anyone suggest where I might find a new , complete barrel that can be fitted, to include at least the iron sights? I would even consider a barrel being made if sights could be found?
