bad powder

hello

i have over 3000 9mm DT powder coated bullet shot over the summer everything work well
i got my powder from powder by the pound , it's graphite black RAL 9011

so i was running out of the color , i decided to order again from them .......now the charge me 50$/lbs to ship to canada

i found a canadian distributor and order the same RAL 9011.....that powder won't stick when shake in the coolwhip container, if i put the old powder it works

what's is my problem......

I would have to suspect that it's the same RAL color, but a different brand that they sell there. Just a guess.
From what I understand... RAL is a specific and very well defined color, and not a defined recipe for getting that color. Even a single manufacturer's own internal processing may dictate using different materials or different pigments over time.

As we get more experience with this we may find that even different lots of the same product from same maker are different.

Color, schmaller! We don't need no stink'n color! What if we just start using the resin, would that be possible?
