Every fall you hear of a levergun malfunctioning at the worst time because of a simple loose screw. Snug the ones up that need to be tight before the hunt

As stated in posts this weekend about muzzle loader/ Lee real success when I cleaned it I found that the screws holding in the trigger group were almost ready to fall out, wouldn't that be great on opening day. Thanks for the reminder, check em out, tighten um up!

Part of my sight-in procedure is checking for loose screws but have had one or two make it to deer camp. One set of 1/4 drivers and bits lives in my truck, another in my range bag.

ah yes and the infamous o-dark-thirty first timer dropping the hammer.
