Are you pulling our leg? That looks fine and dandy, till your wife comes home and tells you to get that stuff out of her room. lol

Bigarm,

My question is: Can you stick your rifle out the window and test fire a load?

Probably not out that window, but we shoot off our deck a lot.

Hmm, better not do any reloading then, or it'll get dirty in there.

My room could look that good if my wife had the key.

That just ain't right. It ain't healthy. Did you hire someone to come in and clean it up so you could take a picture?

I cleaned mine once and never could find anything I needed afterwards...some things still have not turned up. Recently moved my bench again and still have not bothered to unbox my junk. No telling what I'VE lost this time.

That is as pretty a reloading room as will be found in the Western World.

WOW!

That just ruins my day. I will lay awake all night fretting about how disorganized my den is. All that beautiful finished cabinetry is way more than any reloader would do for his work area. Mine is all raw wood and particle board. What is really hard to believe is that there is not a single ammo can in the picture.

Great job! Hope you can keep it like that for a least a little while.

He was a present from my sons and came that way. Why, I don't know, but gifts from sons have to be in prominent places.

As I said in the title - I CLEANED - took several hours to get it to look like that!

A clean reloading room is a sign of a really, really sick mind. lol

That's not what I heard - I heard you could measure a man's intelligence in inverse proportion to his tolerance of disorder.:kidding:

You don't reload in that room. You just take photo's of the room and post them to make the rest of us feel bad. My reloading room looks like something you would see on the Hoarders TV show.
I can't stand all the neatness and un-clutter.
No matter how much I try to organize it just doesn't stick....in no time I'm back to needing an intervention.

Just terminally cluttered and not going to fight it.

How in the world do you find things? I mean, if it's not out in the open where you can eventually find it, how do you find it? With everything store out of sight, I'd be lost in there.

I just got through with my semi-decade cleaning of my reloading room. It took two days. I found nothing new nor did I not know where everything was at before I began cleaning. With it clean I will have to look for hours for something.

I hate you!:kidding:

That's got to be one of the purttiest reloading areas I've ever seen.

Problem here is, you just don't have enough stuff.

I was gonna ask the same question. I really like the answer though. That's top notch parenting there.

Sick....I would urge you to seek either medication or therapy (or both) immediately. Having an area that clean and organized is clearly a sign of a sick mind.
My casting/reloading area has never been that clean and organized....not that I don't know where everything (well almost everything) is.

Fish, did Chuck Norris decapitate R2-D2? I'm jealous for sure, nice man cave, and I like the sign too.

bigarm
11-19-2014, 12:51 PM
I am not much on cleaning, but since I use the man cave for wood items also, keeping it less cluttered helps as that darn sawdust gets everywhere!

I love it. And have big respect for excellence in design details like maintaining continuity of the diagonal planks on your cabinets/doors.

I am converting a bedroom into my reloading room and was on here looking for some ideas when I ran across this pic. You have an absolute beautiful reloading room. Was this room converted to your reloading area or built specifically for that purpose? Either way it is perfect, it has a man cave / bar ascetic quality that only adds to the perfection.

I am in envy of your reloading room... I just moved to another state and am still looking for my permanant home so I can have a reloading room again.

you clearly don't have enough stuff or too much time on your hands.

I didn't need to see that , now I'm depressed.
I've been trying to declutter and get organized for the past two years.....the reloading room it still looks like a hurricane hit a flea market. I have managed to put many things in plastic boxes and label them...big improvement for me. Some of us are just born to be cluttered !
just call me Pack Rat .
